This Ogham stone is quite hard to reach due to the dense forest and stream, so after many attempts to reach it, and after an hour and more of walking around through the fields, we can clearly advice all potential visitors to park your vehicle at the Reisk cross road and walk down the small farmers lane until reaching the site.
The stone itself seams to have an Ogham writing on the bottom of the only flat side, but its not so prominent and clearly located . Approx 1 metre Ogham stone is in the centre of the field but its not the centre of the attention, as the Tramore hills in the background are far more attractive.
Eventhough this Ogham stone like all others are important to the Irish culture, this one however is not my favourite – but anyway, I’m wondering why it’s not on the protected list?
